摘要
目的观察蝎肽抗菌凝胶对流浪动物咬伤的Ⅲ级伤口创面临床保护的效果。方法选择流浪动物咬伤的Ⅲ级伤口患者58例,随机分为治疗组30例,清创后,创面涂蝎肽抗菌凝胶;对照组28例,清创后,创面暴露涂0.5%活力碘。两组均全身使用抗生素3d,进行伤口局部的狂犬病免疫球蛋白注射和全程狂犬病疫苗注射。观察患者伤口感染的情况。结果各组均无狂犬病发病病例。发生创面感染患者治疗组为0,对照组7例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论蝎肽抗菌凝胶能够明显地预防流浪动物咬伤的Ⅲ级伤口创面的感染,对动物咬伤创面的保护治疗具有明显的临床意义。
Objective To observe the clinical protective effect of scorpion antimierabial peptide gel on the grade lU wounds that were bitten by stray animals. Methods Fifty-eight patients with grade $ wounds bitten by stray animals were randomly divided into the treatment and control group. The treatment group( n = 30)were treated with scorpion antimicrobial peptide gel after debridement, while the control group ( n = 28 ) were treated with 0.5 % povidone-iodine solution. Both groups were treated with broad- spectrum antibiotics for 3 days, and injected with rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin in local wounds. All wounds were observed for signs of wound infection. Results There were no cases of rabies in both groups. In the treatment group, no cases with wound infection were found, and in the control group 7 cases with wound infection were observed. The infection rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Scorpion antimicrobial peptide gel could prevent infection in patients with grade Ⅲ animal bite wounds with obvious clinical significance in protecting animal bite wounds.
