摘要
政治工作是公安工作的生命线,这是对公安机关政治工作地位作用的形象比喻和生动概括,也是一条被公安工作发展壮大的历史反复证明了的客观真理。运用文献法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等,界定公安机关战时政治工作的内涵,分析其特点和要求,提出公安机关战时政治工作的七项具体内容,可为不断提高新时期公安队伍政治素质和履职能力水平提供参考依据。
Political work is the lifeline of police work, which is decided by the status of the public securityorgans and repeatedly proved by the history of police. The paper puts forward seven specific assignments ofpolitical work during wartime, aiming to share experience for improving the quality of the police force andenhancing their ability of fulfilling jobs in the n e w period by analyzing the nature, features and requirementsof political work during wartime through historical materials, reasoning and interviews.
