摘要
随着我国大型活动数量的日益增多,公安院校组织学员参与大型活动安保有效缓解了基层警力不足的问题。针对安保中思想动员重视程度不够、动员主体能力素质不足、动员方式缺乏灵活创新等问题,从坚持思想动员工作规范化和实战化、提升思想动员主体能力素质、优化思想动员工作方法三个方面提出相应对策,以期为今后公安院校学员安保任务中的思想动员工作提供借鉴。
The increasing number of large-scale events held in China has brought great pressure on the public security agencies.The public security college students participating in large-scale events have effectively reduced the manpower shortage of the grass-root police units.Aiming at the problems of attaching not enough importance to the ideological mobilization in the security tasks,the inadequate competency of the mobilizer and the lack of flexibility and innovation in mobilization work mode,the corresponding measures are proposed from three aspects,including standardizing the ideological mobilization procedure to meet the need of the real-world task,improving the competency of the mobilizer and optimizing the mobilizing method,so as to provide reference for the ideological mobilization of public security college students for the security tasks.
