摘要
重大安保维稳期间的公安民警战时思想政治工作是提升民警责任感和使命感的重要途径。四川藏区重大安保维稳警务工作具有显著特点,做好民警战时思想政治工作具有更加重要的意义。针对四川藏区重大安保维稳警务工作的特点和民警战时思想政治工作存在的难点,建议从以下方面进行提质增效:加强“顶层设计”,完善民警战时思想政治工作理论体系;融入互联网思维,创新民警战时思想政治工作方式方法;坚持温暖警心,充分考虑重大安保维稳期间民警物质和精神需求;强化业绩导向,将民警重大安保维稳期间表现纳入职业发展考评体系;提升执法权威,以构建容错纠错机制激励民警在重大安保维稳中主动作为。
The ideological and political work during wartime is an important way to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of the police.The major security and stability maintenance policing in Sichuan tibetan area has remarkable characteristics,so it is more important to pay attention to quality and efficiency improvement of the ideological and political work for the police in wartime.Measures are suggested including strengthening the“top-level design”and perfecting the theoretical system,innovate the methods with the internet thinking,fully considering the material and spiritual needs of the police to warm their hearts,strengthening the performance orientation and integrating their performance into the career development evaluation system,and enhancing law enforcement authority and building a fault tolerance and correction mechanism in order to encourage the police to take the initiative in major security and stability maintenance.
