摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,其着力于提高我国住院医师的临床水平和医疗服务质量,是我国医疗体制改革的重要举措之一。医学教育全球化的发展对住院医师规范化培训也提出了更高的要求。文章对我国住院医师规范化培训的运行现状和存在的问题进行了归纳总结,并对未来的工作进行了展望。
Resident standardization training is an important part of medical students' medical education after graduation,the focus on improving the clinical level of resident and the quality of medical services is one of the important measures of medical system reform in our country. The development of medical education globalization of resident standardization training are also put forward higher requirements. The article to our country of resident standardization training status quo and the existing problems as to sumup,and for the future work is prospected.
