摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要组成部分,是提高医院医疗水平和发展临床医学的科技战略措施。我院作为新疆兵团系统两家住院医师规范化培训基地之一,加强和完善我院住院医师的培训工作是我们的首要任务。我院住院医师规范化培训正逐步向系统化、规范化的道路发展。而儿科作为专业规培基地,因地制宜初步探索了一套适合我科的规培流程,包括:1)入科宣教;2)制定切实可行的个性化规培计划;3)开展形式多样的培养模式,提高临床思维能力;4)提高带教综合素质;5)出科考核及评价;6)开展师生座谈会;7)导师制的实施。通过上述的培训流程,多方面多角度提高我院住院医师规范化培训质量,为全国综合性"三甲"医院的专科规培基地的建设,提供一定的借鉴意义。
Standardized resident trainingis an important part of medical education and the way to improve medical services, and it is also scientific and technical strategic measures for developing clinical medicine. As one of the two standardized training bases for residents in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, our hospital's primary task is to strengthen and perfect the training of residents in our hospital. The standardized training of resident doctors in our hospital is gradually developing into systematic and standardized. As a professional base, pediatric department preliminary explored a set of training procedures suitable for my subject according to the local conditions. The rules include: 1) Department education; 2) Develop feasible personalized planning; 3) Carry out various forms of training mode and improve the ability of clinical thinking; 4) Improve teaching quality; 5) Assessment and examination on completion; 6) Conduct teacher-student symposiums; 7) The implementation of mentorship programs. Through the above training process, the quality of standardized training of residents in our hospital can be improved in many ways and at the same time, this will provide some reference for the construction of specialized training bases in the "First Class A" hospitals in China.
