摘要
目的探讨超声住院医师规范化实践培训中引入标准化病人(SP)结合情景模拟教学的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月~2021年12月我院超声专业住培医师60名,随机分为实验组和对照组各30名,实验组采用SP结合情景模拟教学,对照组采用传统情景模拟教学。比较两组住培医师的教学效果(包括上机实践操作、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力)及教学满意度情况。结果实验组住培医师的上机实践操作、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组住培医师的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP结合情景模拟教学有助于提高超声住培医师的教学效果和满意度。
Objective Introduce standardized patients(SP)into standardized practice training of ultrasound residents,and analyze its application value in the training of standardized ultrasound doctors in combination with scenario simulation teaching.Methods There were 60 ultrasound professional in-training physicians in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group adopted SP combined with scenario simulation teaching,and the control group adopted traditional scenario simulation teaching.Before the implementation,the SP were screened and trained.After the implementation,the two groups of doctors were compared by the computer practice operation,clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication ability score and teaching satisfaction.The two groups were investigated for teaching satisfaction questionnaire Results The scores of the experimental group doctors on computer practice,clinical thinking ability,and doctor-patient communication ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction questionnaire,the experimental group doctors were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SP combined with scene simulation teaching can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction of ultrasonic resident.
