摘要
目的:探讨SBAR标准沟通模式在规培护士带教中的应用效果。方法:将40例规培护士分为两组,试验组给予SBAR标准沟通模式带教,对照组给予常规模式带教,比较两组理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩和满意度。结果:试验组理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SBAR标准沟通模式带教能提高规培护士学习的积极主动性,促进带教老师与规培护士进行有效沟通。
Objective:To explore the application effect of SBAR standard communication model in teaching for nurses training.Methods:40 cases of nurses training were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group was given SBAR standardcommunication mode of teaching.The control group was given conventional mode of teaching.The theoretical knowledgeexamination scores,operation skills assessment scores and satisfaction between groups were compared.Results:The theoreticalknowledge examination scores,operation skills assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higherthan that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SBAR standard communicationmodel of teaching could improve the learning initiative of nurses training,and promote the effective communication betweenteachers and nurses.
