摘要
探讨标准化(SBAR)沟通方式在颅脑损伤患者康复小组中的应用,加强医生、护士、治疗师间的沟通,减少医疗不良事件,同时提高护士对颅脑损伤患者的康复护理水平,提高患者满意率,促进颅脑损伤患者的康复。
To explore the application of SBAR communication method to the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral injury, to improve the communication between doctors, nurses, and therapists, so as to reduce medical adverse events.At the same time, to improve the rehabilitation nursing levels of the nurses on patients with craniocerebral injury, thus to increase the patient satisfaction rates, and to promote the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral injury.
