摘要
有效沟通是病人安全的有力保障,标准化沟通模式因其快速、准确、有效的特点,逐渐成为临床重要的沟通模式。本研究从标准化沟通模式的简介、应用现状及其临床应用前景几方面进行综述,以期为临床实际应用提供参考。
Effective communication is a powerful guarantee for patients＇ safety. Standardized communication model gradually became clinically important communication model because of its fast, accurate and effective characteristics. This study reviewed the brief introduction, application status quo and its clinical application prospect of standardized communication model, so as to provide references for its clinical practical application.
