摘要
本文通过对三相系统的电流波形分析 ,提出实现智能交流接触器三相触头的零电流分断控制方案。通过改变接触器触头系统的结构 ,使三相触头系统具有不同的开距。通过实验 ,找出首开相的最佳分断控制区域。实现了传统交流接触器无法实现的零电流分断控制技术。从而大大提高了接触器的电寿命 ,提高了接触器的操作频率。通过在接触器中对此技术的深入研究 ,可进一步扩大到其他开关电器中 ,是一种有着广阔前景的新技术。
On the basis of analyzing the current wave in three phase alternating current system, the paper put forward a control method to realize zero current interrupt in three phase intelligent AC contactor. By changing the contact structure of AC contactor, three phase contacts have different distances between open contacts. By experiment, the optimum interrupt control area has been found out for the first interrupt contact. Intelligent AC contactor realizes the zero current interrupt control and three phase contacts have no or just small arc in the contact opening process. So the electrical endurance of intelligent AC contactor has been improved greatly.
