摘要
为降低智能交流接触器频繁操作下的线圈温升,该文提出基于磁链反馈的串级控制策略,在智能接触器吸合过程中根据磁链调节线圈电流,实现吸合过程线圈电流的自调节。在串级控制策略中,通过平均励磁电压、线圈电流和线圈电阻反演接触器电磁机构的磁链,根据磁链调整接触器吸合过程的线圈电流参考值,使线圈电流在动静铁心闭合过程中逐渐减小,直到动静铁心稳定闭合。利用3种不同规格的双E型交流接触器验证控制策略的有效性并以其中一种为例与恒流控制策略进行实验比对,实验结果表明串级控制策略可在保证接触器快速合闸的同时实现接触器吸合过程线圈电流的自调节,有效的降低频繁操作下的线圈温升。
In order to reduce the temperature rise of the coil when intelligent AC contactors applied in frequently operated occasion,this paper proposed a cascade control strategy based on flux linkage feedback which adjusts the coil current according to the flux linkage and realizes the self-adjustment of the coil current during the closure of intelligent AC contactors.In the cascade control strategy,the average excitation voltage,coil current and coil resistance are used to calculate the flux linkage of electromagnetic mechanism.Then the reference of coil current is adjusted according to the flux linkage,so that the coil current decreased gradually during the closure until the movable and fixed core are closed.The effectiveness of the cascade control strategy was verified by three different specifications of double E-type AC contactors.Then one kind of them was taken for example to compare with the constant current control strategy.The results show that the cascade control strategy can make the contactors close quickly and realize the self-regulation of the coil current at the same time,which can also reduce the temperature rise of coil in the frequently operated occasion.
