摘要
为提高特高压变压器直流偏磁的计算效率,提出了一种基于L-i(动态电感-励磁电流)曲线的特高压变压器空载直流偏磁快速计算方法。通过增加串联电阻值,提高计算效率与稳定性。利用电压补偿方法有效消除增加串联电阻带来的计算偏差。为讨论L-i曲线方法与常规场路耦合算法的计算区别,根据特高压变压器的实际参数建立磁场模型,计算获得L-i曲线。与常规场路耦合算法相比,该方法根据电流大小通过三次样条插值计算获取动态电感值,无需返回磁场模型计算电感,可在较短时间内进行多个周期计算,提高直流偏磁的计算效率和精确性。
To improve the computational efficiency,a fast calculation method for DC bias of UHV transformer in no-load is proposed based on the dynamic inductance and exciting current curve(L-i curve).The efficiency and stability about the calculated current can be enhanced by increasing the series resistance.The error of the calculated current arising from the series resistance can be eliminated effectively by voltage compensation method.To discuss the differences between conventional field-circuit coupling algorithm and L-i curve method,magnetic field model is established according to the product level of UHV transformer parameters,and the L-i curve is drawn.Compared with the conventional field-circuit coupling algorithm,the proposed method can obtain the dynamic inductance value by cubic spline interpolation according to the calculated current,which do not need to return to the field model to get inductance.It can calculate the multiple cycles within a very short period of time.The method can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the DC bias calculation.
