摘要
接触器的动态过程分析对其优化设计非常重要。针对用按钮控制的双线圈节能接触器,提出一种动态仿真方法。基于这种接触器拥有双线圈转换的独特性,该方法建立了2组联立的方程:一组描述转换前的情况,一组描述转换后的情况,并引入了2个特定的传递函数,将双线圈归化为一个线圈以使计算简便。这些方程耦合了电路、电磁场和计及可动部分的机械运动方程,并考虑了摩擦力的影响。实验表明,利用提出的方法进行仿真,得到的结果与实验结果相当吻合。利用提出的方法对2个线圈的转换位置进行了优化设计,优化结果使接触器一次和二次弹跳明显降低。
In the optimum design of contactors, it is important to analyze the dynamic behaviors. A new computational approach for analyzing dynamic characteristics of the energy-saving contactor with double coils was proposed. According to the contactor's unique characteristic that it has two transferable coils, the paper builds two different sets of equations. One describes the period before the switching position, and the other describes the period after the switching position.The equations deal with the electrical circuit, electromagnetic field and mechanical system considering the influence of friction. In addition, in order to make calculation easy, the equations introduce two specific transfer functions that can be calculated by using 3-D finite element method to convert the double coils into single coil. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed by experiment. Finally, the paper gives an optimum design for the switching position of the two coils. The optimum design reduces both of the first and the second bounce of the movable contact.
