摘要
对智能交流接触器零电流分断控制进行了详细的研究,在大量试验的基础上,研究影响电流过零分断控制的主要因素,从而提高了电流过零分断控制的可靠性,并实现了三相电路的微电弧能量分断控制。零电流分断控制分断过程的动态计算与分析对于实现零电流分断的智能交流接触器的研究是至关重要的。通过建立基于神经网络的智能交流接触器分断过程动态预测模型,从而提出智能交流接触器分断过程动态计算与分析的新方法,为产品研究开发及虚拟优化设计奠定基础。
The zero-current-break control for intelligent AC contactor was studied in detail. Based on results of large number of tests,the main factors affecting zero-current-break control were studied. So, the reliability of zero- current-break control was improved, and the breaking control of micro arc energy of three-phase circuit was implemented. For the research of realizing zero-current-break control of intelligent AC contactor, the dynamic calculation and analysis of breaking process with zero-current-break control are very important. Establishing the dynamic fore- casting model for breaking process of intelligent AC contactor based on neural network,the new method of dynamic calculation and analysis of breaking process with zero-current-break control were proposed, it established the base of research & development and virtual optimization design of product.
