摘要
采用磁场法和磁路法结合的方法对交流接触器吸合过程的动态特性进行了计算 ,建立了基于Game理论的多目标优化模型 ,对动态特性进行了优化 ,从而确定了使交流接触器在铁心极面所承受的撞击能量和动触头运动速度等方面的综合性能达到最优的合闸相角 ,并设计了智能选相合闸装置 ,实现了高精度的选相合闸 ,从而提高了交流接触器的电寿命和可靠性。
Combining the magnetic field method with magnetic circuit method, the dynamic characteristic of AC contactor close course is Calculated. Multicriteria optimization model based on Game was built to optimize the dynamic characteristic, find the best close phase which can make the integration performance such as the iron bounce energy and move contactor velocity best The intelligent control circuit is designed to realize choosing the best phase to close, improve the electrical life and reliability of AC contactor
