摘要
本文从人力资源价值角度,考虑人力所能带来的未来收益及其创新能力。从绩效评价因子和潜能因子两方面入手,初步构建了人力资源价值计量模型HRVMM,对人力资源管理具有若干重大意义。
In terms of human resource value,this paper con si ders the future returns created by human power and the competence for innovation as well.Starting from the analysis of the two dimensions(the performance app raisal factor and potential factor),the authors set up a specific Human Resour ce Value Measurement Model(HRVMM).In the end,the authors point out the im portant role of HRVMM on human resource management.
