摘要
目的分析整形外科修复技术在用于面部皮肤色素痣时的效果。方法将本院收治的217例面部皮肤色素痣患者分为激光组(58例),液氮冷冻组(62例),整形外科修复组(97例),对比三组患者的治疗效果、复发率和患者对于治疗的满意度。结果与另外两组相比,整形外科组患者在各项观察指标方面均与其存在着明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论虽然液氮冷冻、激光治疗均对面部皮肤色素痣具有着一定的治疗效果,但整形外科手术修复治疗效果更加理想,且复发率较低,患者对于治疗效果较为满意。
Objective To analyze the effect of plastic surgery on pigmented nevus on facial skin. Methods217 cases of facial skin nevus in our hospital were divided into laser group(58 cases),cryotherapy group(62 cases),plastic surgery group(97 cases),compared three groups of patients,the recurrence rate for patients and treatment satisfaction. Results Compared with the other two groups plastic surgery,group indicators were and there exist obvious differences in the observation(P<0.05). Conclusion Although liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and laser treatment have certain therapeutic effects on pigmented nevus of face,plastic surgery is more effective and has a lower relapse rate. The patients are satisfied with the therapeutic effect.
