摘要
目的探讨面部皮肤光老化患者采用激光与强脉冲光治疗的效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年4月本院收治的面部皮肤光老化患者94例,以随机数字表作为分组原则将其分为两个组别,即对照组47例(采取抗氧化剂治疗)与研究组47例(采取激光与强脉冲光治疗)。评价两组患者治疗1个疗程后的临床效果。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组72.34%(P<0.05)。结论面部皮肤光老化患者采用激光与强脉冲光治疗可以有效改善皮肤状况,提高面部皮肤的美观度,适于临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser and intense pulsed light on the photoaging patients with facial skin. Methods From May 2016 ~2017 year in April the hospital treated 94 cases of patients with facial skin photoaging,according to random number table as grouping principle will be divided into two groups,47 cases were in the control group(take antioxidant therapy)and study group(47 cases by laser and intense pulsed light treatment). The clinical effects of two groups of patients were evaluated after 1 courses of treatment. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.62%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.34%(P<0.05). Conclusion Laser and intense pulsed light can effectively improve the skin condition and improve the facial appearance of facial skin photoaging patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
