摘要 目的探讨在应用整形外科方法修复颅骨缺损修补术后钛网外露创面的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至2017年9月,因颅骨缺损修补术后钛网外露在西京医院烧伤与皮肤外科手术治疗的23例病例,行创面准备,换药,清创,VSD负压吸引,皮瓣移植覆盖及抗感染等一些列综合治疗。结果术后随访3~12个月,皮瓣成活,钛网外露创面得到良好的修复。结论皮瓣移植等一系列综合治疗,修复颅骨修补术后钛网外露创面,效果良好。 Objective The method and effect of plastic surgery to repair exposed titanium mesh after skull defect repair were investigated. Methods A total of 23 patients with surgically repaired skull defect in Burns and Cutaneous Surgery of Xijing Hospital from March 2009 to September 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The comprehensive treatment included dressing change,debridement,vacuum sealing drainage,flap transplantation and anti-infection. Results The post-operative follow-up was 3 to 12 months with satisfying result. Conclusion Skin flap transplantation with other comprehensive treatment for the repair of titanium surface is satisfactory.
