摘要
大学生就业率低、就业难是当前的一个社会问题,除高校教育质量、企业用人机制、国家就业环境与就业机制建设不协调外,最主要的主观原因是大学生就业能力的欠缺。通过研究当前大学生就业能力的缺失及小组工作在提高大学生提升就业能力中的意义,提出运用小组工作提升大学生就业能力的总体思路。在大学生中进行小组工作,能够指引大学生进行职业生涯规划,认识和分析自我、了解就业市场,根据自己的实际情况树立理性的就业观,调整面临就业的大学生的心理不适,促进其就业能力的提升。
The rate of University students' employment is low, and it is a social problem for the present society. The problem is caused by low quantity of college educating, employment mechanism in enterprise and the unbalance of national employment environment and employment mechanism developments. Besides, the most basic subjective reason is that university students are lack of the employment ability. We put forward how to improve the employment ability by applying the social work. The methods we used are studying the composing of employment ability and the students' psychology in choosing a job, researching and analyzing the opinions of choosing a job, and talking about the meaning of applying the group social work. The aim of the group social work practice in university students is to guide the university students to plan their own occupation, to know and analyze themselves clearly, to understand the employment market, to establish a rational employment concept according to own situation, and to readjust the mentality of the university students when seeking to a job.
