摘要
目的调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,以探讨心理压力的成因,为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。结论高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。
Objective This article aims to investigate the mental health status of female teachers in our country ' s universities,so as to explore the cause of their psychological pressure,as well as to provide scientific base to improve their psychological health level.Methods Apply Symptom checklist (SCL-90) to analyze 1800 female teachers ' psychological health conditions in our country ' s universities.Results there is statistical significance in analyses of differences among college females teachers according to their differences concerning teaching subjects,titles and salary levels,as well as differences in somatization,compulsion,hostility related to their different seniorities.Conclusion Female college teachers ' psychological health status is not optimistic,and it is urgent to strengthen psychological intervention as soon as possible.
