摘要
课题组采取定性研究与定量研究相结合,系统探索了高职院校心理健康教育教师胜任特征模型;通过编制《高职院校心理健康教育教师的胜任力特征调查问卷》和访谈调研,进一步验证模型的有效性;并将建立的高职院校心理健康教育教师的胜任特征模型,运用到高职院校的学校心理健康教育教师的招聘、考核等实践中。
The research team combined qualitative research with quantitative research to systematically explore the competency model of mental health education teachers in higher vocational colleges.It further verified through the compilation of the questionnaire on the competency characteristics of mental health education teachers in vocational colleges and interviews.The validity of the model;and the established competency model of mental health education teachers in higher vocational colleges will be applied to the recruitment and assessment of school mental health education teachers in higher vocational colleges.
