摘要
高等医学院校的教学医院是临床教学的重要基地,构建教学体系是非直属附属医院承担高等教育赋予的临床教学任务至关重要的第一步。非直属附属医院教学体系建设要抓住师资队伍建设这个核心,在教学组织机构建设、教学评价、教学保障等方面协同发展。
Teaching hospitals in higher medical colleges are important bases for clinical teaching. Constructing a teaching system is a crucial step for non-affiliated affiliated hospitals to undertake the clinical teaching tasks assigned by higher education. The construction of the teaching system of non-affiliated affiliated hospitals should grasp the core of the construction of teaching staff, and coordinate development in the aspects of teaching organization construction, teaching evaluation and teaching guarantee.
