摘要
当前,附属医院教学档案管理存在诸多问题,文章提出通过强化教学档案管理意识,注重教学工作的痕迹管理;建立健全临床教学档案管理制度;树立档案工作服务新理念;加快教学档案现代化管理进程,实现教学档案信息资源共享和加强院校联系沟通等方面改进临床教学档案的管理。
The affiliated hospital of medical college is not only taking on heavy health care work but also clinical teaching. Its clinical teaching file is an important sign of measuring the quality and management level of clinical teaching. Since of the problems in the management of clinical teaching file in affiliated hospital, we should strengthen management consciousness, pay more attention to trace management, establish and improve the management system. Establish a new services idea of file work, speed up the progress of modernization management, carry out the file information resources sharing and strengthen the commtmication between academies. So clinical teaching file management will be improved.
