摘要
氧化皮问题引起的爆管事故严重威胁在用电站机组的安全生产。本文从某电厂#1锅炉氧化皮堆积引起的爆管事故入手,分析原因,并基于氧化皮剥落机理,探讨了氧化皮的防护、检测、清洗等技术,为电厂受热面管氧化皮的防治提供参考,对机组的安全运行具有一定的指导意义。
Problem of oxide scale seriously affects the safe and economic operation of power unit plat. This article introduces tube explosion accident caused by oxide scale blockage of heating surface tube, which is the #1 boiler of a power plant. This paper analyses the reason of accident and probes the protection, detection and cleaning technology of oxide scale based on the mechanism of oxide scale peeling. It provides a reference to the protection and control of heating tube oxide scale and has some guide significance to the safety operation of the unit.
