摘要
为预防火电厂锅炉高温受热面管蒸汽侧氧化皮脱落堵塞,在对氧化皮脱落原因深入分析的基础上,对ARMITT预测模型进行优化,确定模型关键参数,设计出可应用于实际工程的锅炉管氧化皮脱落预测模型。在此基础上,开发了基于B/S结构的火电厂锅炉管氧化皮脱落风险预警系统。应用结果表明,该系统预测结果与现场割管检测的结果基本吻合。该系统可用于锅炉管内壁氧化皮脱落倾向较大的机组,对脱落高风险区域进行预警,保证机组安全运行。
To prevent steam side oxide spalling and blocking in high temperature heating surface tubes,optimization on the ARMITT prediction model was conducted to determine the key parameters and design model for predicting the oxide spalling,on the basis of in-depth analysis on reasons of oxide spalling.Based on this,the B/S structure based boiler tube inner oxide spalling risk warning system was developed and applied in several power plants.The application showed that,the system warning results basically agreed with the inspection result on site.This system can be used for boilers with large oxide spalling tendency,warn the high risk area of boiler tube and ensure the safe operation of the unit.
