摘要
燃煤火力发电厂超临界机组锅炉因启停期间温度变化率快、运行期间壁温超限等问题,引起的锅炉氧化皮生成速率加快及剥落,进而发生氧化皮堆积爆管及固体颗粒物侵蚀汽轮机,给电厂的安全稳定运行带来隐患。本文针对宁夏宁东地区电厂运行情况,分析了氧化皮脱落原因,提出了防控具体措施,通过采取锅炉运行时由最低煤量点火、大幅减缓点火初期的温升率、提出声光报警优化等一系列的优化防范措施,大幅减少燃煤电厂锅炉壁温超限情况,以减缓锅炉受热面氧化皮生成与剥落,为燃煤火力发电厂超临界机组锅炉氧化皮的脱落提出了系统化的解决方案,有效防范氧化皮生成与剥落,实现锅炉、汽轮机长周期安全稳定运行,对于燃煤火力发电机组高水平运行有积极意义。
For the supercritical boiler in coal-fired thermal power plants,due to the rapid temperature change rate during its start-up and shutdown and the excessive wall temperature during its operation,the boiler oxide scale is quickly generated and peeled off,resulting in the tube burst by accumulation of oxide scales and the corrosion of steam turbines by solid particles,which bring major hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of power plants.Taking the power plants in Ningdong,Ningxia as the example,this ar⁃ticle analyzes the cause of the oxide scale falling off and proposes the specific prevention and control mea⁃sures,as well as develops a systematic solution for preventing the generation and peeling of oxide scale of supercritical boilers in coal-fired thermal power plants such as ignition with minimum coals,greatly reduced temperature rise rate at the initial stage of ignition,and sound and light alarm to avoid the excessive wall temperature of boilers in coal-fired power plants,so as to slow down the generation and peeling of oxide scale on the heating surface of boilers,realizing the long-term safe and stable operation of boilers and steam turbines,which are of great significance for the high-level operation of coal-fired thermal generator sets.
