基于离散准二维集总参数模型的锅炉过热器壁温及氧化皮厚度模拟计算 被引量:2

摘要 针对某超超临界1 000 MW机组塔式锅炉过热器,建立了准二维离散集总参数模型,并采用Visual Basic语言开发了一套锅炉过热器壁温及其蒸汽侧氧化皮厚度的计算软件,计算了不同负荷下锅炉过热器各处的管壁温度及氧化皮厚度,并分析了负荷对过热器管壁温度的影响,以及不同过热器、管壁温度、蒸汽参数对氧化皮生长的影响。结果表明:在相同管道材料下,管壁平均温度越高,管壁温度的变化对氧化皮增长速度影响越大;蒸汽流量对氧化皮生长速率影响较大,蒸汽流量的降低将极大地加速氧化皮生长;蒸汽压力对氧化皮生长的影响需从物理与化学两方面综合考虑。 A discrete quasi two dimensional lumped parameter model was built up for superheaters of an ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit boiler.Moreover,a software for computing the wall temperature and steam side oxide scale thickness was compiled using Visual Basic language.The wall temperature and oxide scale thickness of the superheater tubes in boiler with different loads was calculated,and the influence of wall temperature and steam parameters on the growth of oxide scale was analyzed.The results show that the higher the tube wall temperature,the greater influence it has on the growth rate of the oxide scale,and the steam flow rate has great effect on the growth rate of oxide scale,the decrease of the flow rate would heavily speed up the growth of oxide scale.The influence of the steam pressure on the growth of oxide scale should be considered both from physical and chemical side.
