摘要
多孔淀粉作为一种有广阔应用前景的绿色材料,有高孔隙率,高比表面积,负载量大等优点。近年,多孔淀粉迅速发展,其应用日益广泛。本文综述了多孔淀粉在食品药品领域中的应用进展,旨在为今后多孔淀粉研究提供参考。
Porous starch has the advantages of high porosity, high specifc surface area and great loading capacity as a kind of green material with broad application prospect. For the purpose of providing useful reference for future research on porous starch, its application in food and drug industry was reviewed in this paper.
