摘要
固体制剂作为最常用的给药形式,对制剂原料及产品均有较高的要求。多孔粉体具有相对密度低、孔隙率和比表面积大、渗透性和吸附性好等特点,对制剂过程及终产品具有显著影响。多孔粉体的制备工艺及多孔结构类型对其性质有一定的影响,从而影响其在药物固体制剂中的应用。因此,基于近年来国内外的相关研究,笔者综述了固体制剂中多孔粉体的制备方法、分类及其应用,为后续多孔粉体的研究及其在药物制剂中的进一步广泛应用奠定了良好的研究基础。
As the most commonly used form of administration,solid preparations have higher requirements for preparation materials and products.The porous powder exhibits the characteristics of low relative density,large porosity and specific surface area,good permeability and adsorption,etc.,which have significant impact on the preparation process and the final product.The preparation process and porous structure type of porous powder have a certain influence on their properties,thereby affecting their application in solid pharmaceutical preparations.Therefore,based on the relevant research at home and abroad in recent years,this paper summarized the preparation methods,classification and application of porous raw materials in pharmaceutical solid preparations,which lais a good research foundation for the subsequent research of porous powder and their further wide application in pharmaceutical preparations.
