摘要
豆腐文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,它已经在世界范围内得到有效传播,但存在着文化流失现象,亟待通过重点译介豆腐饮食文化、养生文化和旅游文化提升中国的文化软实力。译介豆腐文化,要处理好豆腐的国际译名问题,实现"正本清源,名从主人";应遵循"有的放矢、见贤思齐、中外合作,创新传播"的译介原则,加快中国豆腐产业和旅游文化市场的国际需求以及国家文化软实力的深远传播。
Doufu culture, as one of the important parts of traditional Chinese culture, has been ef- fectively spread around the world, but there exists a great cultural loss at the meantime. Therefore, it is urgent to promote Chinese cultural soft power by focusing on the translation of Doufu cooking cul- ture, health culture and tourism culture. In translating Doufu culture, we must first deal with the trans- lation of Doufu's name based on its original source and name. Secondly, we should follow the transla- tion principle of "targeting key cultures, emulating better approaches, Chinese and foreign cooperation, and innovative communication", in order to meet the international demand of the accelerating Chinese Doufu industry and the tourism culture market as well as the far-reaching spread of China's cultural soft power.
