摘要
隐喻不仅是一种修辞手段更是一种思维方式,是人类认知、了解世界的重要工具,也是词义演变的主要方式。认知语义学认为支配着词语意义之间关系的原则是由具体到抽象的隐喻性映射。以“相似性”和“联想”为基础的隐喻思维和词义的演变有着密切的联系,并通过隐喻概念的三种方式影响着词义的演变。了解隐喻有助于我们更好的掌握词义演变的规律。
Metaphor is not only a kind of figure speech, but also a way of thinking and an important tool of recognition and learning about the world. It is also a main approach of changing of words meaning. Cognitive semantics consider that principle of controlling relations between words meaning is metaphorical mapping from concreteness to abstract. Based on “similarity” and “association”.Metaphorical thinking is closely related to changing of words meaning. Metaphorical concept has three main categories according to cognitive research which have a big influence on changing of words meaning. Therefore, learning about metaphor helps us to better grasp the rules of changing of words meaning.
