摘要 对外汉语教师是对外汉语教学生态系统的"关键种群"。慕课时代对外汉语教师生态位发生了"态"和"势"的变化,具体表现在:生态主体失衡,对外汉语教师与现代教育技术失衡,对外汉语教师生态角色异位。面对慕课的强势入侵,对外汉语教师生态位的扩充是保障。应努力发展平等和谐的生态主体关系,提高对外汉语教师的现代教育技术水平,构建多元教师角色,以期促进对外汉语课堂生态系统的优化。 TCFL Teachers are the key population of the ecological system of teaching Chinese as aforeign language. In the MOOCS爷 era, the ecological niche of TCFL teachers has undergone changes of" state" and " potential" . The specific manifestations are: imbalance of ecological subjects, imbalanceof foreign Chinese teachers and modern education technology, ecologic role reversal for TCFL teachers.Facing the strong invasion of MOOCS, the expansion of the ecological niche of TCFL teachers is aguarantee. In order to improve the modern education technology level of TCFL teachers and buildmultivariate teacher's role , we should strive to develop an equal and harmonious relationship betweenecological subjects. Only in this way can the ecological system of TCFCS be optimized.
