摘要
在国际经济环境日趋复杂、信息技术日新月异的背景下,传统的分割式的经贸类人才培养模式已经不能适应新形势的要求,而要实行内贸、外贸和网络贸易一体化的培养模式。本文首先讨论了经贸类人才一体化培养模式的必要性,然后分析了目前经贸类人才培养模式存在的问题,最后以南京审计大学为例探讨了了复合型经贸类人才一体化培养模式的具体思路和路径。
In the context of the complicated international economic environment and innovated information technology, the traditional intersected mode of Cultivating Talents on Economics and Trade could not meet the demand of the new situation, while the integrative mode of cultivating talents with knowledge of intra-national trade, international trade and internet trade is in urgent need.This paper discusses the necessity of the integrative mode of cultivating talents on economics and trade, then analyzes the problems in the current mode of cultivating talents on economics and trade, and finally puts forward the detailed framework and paths of the integrative mode of cultivating talents on economics and trade, taking Nanjing Audit University as an example.
