摘要
随着我国商贸业的迅速发展,对专业人才的需求不断增长。传统的商贸业"产学研一体化"人才培养模式缺陷逐渐凸显,基于协同创新的高层次商贸人才培养模式受到越来越多的重视。应注重汇聚校内优质资源,优化商贸业高层次人才跨学科知识储备;整合社会优质资源,培养商贸业高层次人才创新实践能力;充分利用国际优质资源,开拓商贸业高层次人才国际视野。
The rapid development of the commerce drives growing professional talent demand.But the “integrated produce -study-research”mode’s defects increasingly prominent,high-level business talents training based on the cooperative innova-tion mode should pay attention to the convergence quality of school resources,optimize high-level business personnel of inter-disciplinary knowledge reserve,converge social resources,cultivate high-level business personnel the ability of innovation and practice,collect high quality resources international,develop the business talents of high level international vision.
