摘要 基于职前科学教师教育的现有问题和学习共同体构建必要性,设计了小学科学备课组作为课外研修平台,拓展职前科学教师学习途径,活动充分考虑成员分工,关注科学课程知识设计研修主题,并应用技术支持学习活动。小学科学备课组彰显相互的介入、共同的事业和共享的技艺库等共同体的三要素,但是实践过程中也发现一些问题值得反思。 Based on the existing problems of the pre service science teacher education and the necessity of the construction of the learning community, the primary school science preparation group is designed as an extracurricular training platform to expand the pre-school science teachers" learning path, The activities take full account of the division of labor, focus on the subject of scientific curriculum knowledge design, and apply technology to support learning activities, Primary school science lesson group highlights the three elements of the community: mutual intervention, common career and shared skills library, but soma of the problems in the process of practice are also worthy of reflection.
