探索卓越教师专业发展的成功之道——基于粤港中文卓越教师的个案研究 被引量:6

Exploring the Successful Experience of Expert Teachers' Professional Development: The Case Studies of Chinese Expert Teachers from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong

摘要 本研究以粤港中文卓越教师的个案为例,试图深入探究卓越教师专业发展的复杂过程及其重要的影响因素。研究者选取了两地共六名中文卓越教师为研究对象,采取了个案研究的研究方法。研究者通过长期的深入访谈、课堂观察、资料分析等方法收集数据,并对数据进行融入式分析。研究结果显示,影响两地中文卓越教师专业发展的关键因素在于其自主学习、反思与实践、专家引领与学校环境支持等四个方面。 Based on the case studies of Chinese expert teachers from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong, this study aims to investigate the successful experience of expert teachers' professional development. A total of six expert Chinese teachers in Guangdong Province and Hong Kong participated in this case study. Data were collected through longitudinal classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documents analysis of teaching materials. Immersion analysis of data through constant comparison was used in this study. The findings indicated that expert teachers' professional development was affected by autonomic learning, refl ection and practice, expert's guidance, and school supportive environment. Finally, the author provided some suggestions for cultivating expert teachers in China.
