摘要
教师学习共同体作为一个自组织系统,具有自组织的特征和形成机制。教师学习共同体的自组织特征具体表现为:自我认同、自我控制、自我适应和自我发展。教师学习共同体形成与发展的自组织机制是:开放和非平衡是教师学习共同体形成的前提条件;涨落是教师学习共同体形成的起因;竞争和协同是教师学习共同体形成与发展的动力。
The teacher learning community can be regarded as the self-organization system with its self-organizing feature and developmental mechanism.Its concrete self-organizing feature is: self-approval,self-control,self-adaptation and self-development.Formation and development of self-organization mechanism of teacher learning community as follows:the openness and the nonequilibrium state are the prior condition of formation and development of teacher learning community;the fluctuation is the original causation of formation and development of teacher learning community;the competition and the synergetic effects are the driving force of formation and development of teacher learning community.
