摘要
复杂性科学为学习共同体的研究提供了新的视野和方法论。知识本身的结构复杂性和生成性、学习共同体中知识交流和建构的复杂性、个体学习的自组织性、共同体学习的复杂适应性以及共同体成员身份的复杂性等,都表明学习共同体是一个开放的复杂系统,构建学习共同体时应该采用整体性、开放性、非线性、适应性、自组织和动态性的思维方式。
The science of complexity has provided a new vision and method for the research of learning community. The complex structure and generative nature of knowledge, the exchange and construction of knowledge in learning communities, the self-organizing nature of individual learning,the complex adaptation of community learning and the complex identity of learners, all suggest that learning community is an open and complex system. So a holistic, open, non-linear, adaptable, and dynamic perspective should be taken in the construction of learning communities.
