摘要
文章运用实践共同体和活动理论,对某高校(以下简称G校)的一外语教学课程组所组建的实践共同体进行了分析,探讨了实践共同体的建立和具体运行,分析了实践共同体是如何促进外语教师专业发展的,并揭示其给大学英语教师专业发展机制建构带来的启示。
Based on theoretical frameworks of community of practice(CoP)and activity theory,this paper conducts a study of a community of practice established by a teaching group in a foreign language university(entitled G University).It explores the operation of this teaching community of practice,analyzes how this community facilitates professional development of foreign language teachers,and offers some implications for universities in establishing favorable mechanism to promote professional development of college English teachers.
