摘要
目的根据某省2017年医疗机构病案上报情况,制定相应的管理措施,以起到促进提升病案首页上报率。方法对收集的某省2017年全省医疗机构病案首页上报情况进行统计分析。结果某省2017年三级综合性医院的病案首页上报率为100%,其次是二级综合性医院87.66%、专科医院74.19%、中医院66.67%,民营医院59.38%。该省各类别医院病案首页上报率与相应类别医院DRGs使用覆盖率一致。结论病案首页的上报是影响DRGs实施的主要因素之一。
Objective To formulate corresponding management measures according to the report of medical institutions in a province in 2017, in order to promote the promotion of medical records on the first page. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the reported situation of the first page of medical records of medical institutions in the province in 2017. Re- sults The report rate of the first-grade comprehensive hospitals in a province in 2017 was 100%, followed by 87.66% of the secondat7 comprehensive hospitals, 74.19% of the specialized hospitals, 66.67% of the Chinese medicine hospitals, and 59.38% of the private hospitals. The reporting rate of the first-line hospital medical records in the province is consistent with the coverage rate of DRGs in the corresponding hospitals. Conclusion The reporting of the first page of the medical record is one of the main factors affecting the implementation of DRGs.
