摘要
以盈亏为切入点,探究医院DRG付费模式的盈亏核算方法,分析医院DRG及医保精细化管理存在的问题,在此基础上提出基于DRG的医院医保精细化管理对策:加大宣传培训力度,提高医务人员对DRG付费改革的认识,提升数据填报水平,优化盈亏核算模型,建立DRG成本核算标准作业库,推进DRG付费改革。
Starting form the perspective of gain and loss,this paper explored the gain and loss accounting method of the hospital DRG payment model,and analyzed the problems existing in the hospital DRG and the refined management of medical insurance.It is suggested to enhance publicity and training,raise the awareness of DRG payment reform among medical staff,improve the ability of data reporting,optimize the gain and loss accounting model,establish a DRG cost accounting standard operation database,and promote the DRG payment reform.
