摘要 目的:运用决策树模型对高血压进行DRGs分组分析,为当地在医保支付方式改革及实施方面提供理论依据。方法:运用SPSS20.0统计软件对新疆某三级甲等医院2011年至2012年高血压住院病例进行Logistic回归分析筛选住院费用的影响因素,采用决策树模型完成高血压DRGs的细分组分析,采用秩和检验对各分组间的住院费用进行组间比较。结果:年龄、性别、合并症并发症等级是影响高血压住院费用的影响因素(P值均<0.01);运用决策树模型共得6个高血压DRGs分组,决定系数R2=0.067。结论:利用决策树对高血压进行DRGs的分组具有可行性,控制病案首页质量、提高信息化水平有助于提高分组效果。 Objective:To use the decision tree model to analyze the DRGs of hypertension and provide a theoretical basis for the reform and implementation of medical insurance payment methods.Methods:SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses by logistic regression analysis of hospitalized cases of hypertension from a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from 2011 to 2012,The decision tree model was used to complete the subgroup analysis of hypertension DRGs,and the rank sum test was used to compare the hospitalization expenses between groups.Results:The age,gender and complication grade were factors affecting the hospitalization cost of hypertension(P<0.01).A total of six hypertension DRGs were grouped using the decision tree model,and the coefficient R2=0.067.Conclusion:It is feasible to use decision trees to group DRGs in hypertension.Controlling the quality of medical records and improving the level of informationization can improve the grouping effect.
