摘要
该文结合某医院医保患者的数据,在了解部分医保患者收入状况后,分析影响医保费用的因素,提出从控制出入院人数、合理用药、针对性检查、降低医保患者住院费用等多种形式,有效降低医院亏损,起到控制医保患者住院费用的作用,通过“医、患、保”三方共同努力与协作,促进国家医保事业进一步发展,也为医院可持续发展打下坚实基础。
This article combines the data of medical insurance patients in a certain hospital,and after understanding the income status of some medical insurance patients,analyzes the factors that affect the meclical insurance cost,and proposes various forms such as controlling the number of admissions and leaving the hospital,rational use of drugs,targeted inspections,and reducing the hospitalization costs of medical insurance patients,effectively reducing the hospital losses,playing a role in controlling the hospitalization expenses of medical insurance patients,and promoting the further development of national medical insurance through the joint efforts and collaboration of"doctors,patients,and insurance",and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of hospitals.
