摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对京津冀高校体育教育人力资源共享问题及共享联盟的构建进行了研究和构想。京津冀高校体育教育人力资源共享的主要问题有:京津冀高校体育教育人力资源共享政策、制度的保障问题;河北省的定位与共享途径问题;共享的领域、内容和形式问题;毕业生供需信息平台的建设,三地人力资源的进修与培养方式问题。京津冀高校体育教育人力资源共享联盟的构建模式为:建设公共体育教育和专业体育教育2个共享联盟,通过专门的网络化数字平台和人力资源库,实现2个联盟的人力资源的合作与共享。同时在国家政府部门和相关职能部门政策的支持和相关制度的保障下,通过一系列运行机制,保证京津冀高校体育人力资源共享联盟的高效运转和可持续发展。
This paper studies and conceives the problems of human resource sharing and the construction of shared alliance in physical education in Beijing-tianjin-hebei universities by the methods of literature review and logical analysis. The results show that the main problems of the sharing of human resources of physical education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province are： the policy of human resources sharing and the guarantee of the system; The problem of location and sharing channels in Hebei province; The areas,content and forms of sharing; The construction of graduates supply and demand information platform,the problems of further training and training of human resources in the three places. The construction mode of the human resource sharing alliance of physical education in Beijing-tianjin-hebei universities is： building the public physical education and professional physical education two sharing alliance,realizing the cooperation and sharing of the human resources of the two alliances through the specialized network digital platform and human resources library. At the same time,the efficient operation and sustainable development of the sports human resources sharing alliance of Beijing-tianjin-hebei universities are ensured,under the support of national government departments and relevant functional departments and the guarantee of relevant systems,through a series of operating mechanism to develop efficiently and sustainably.
