摘要
通过对河南省 5城市、10个县、2 0个乡 92所中、小学校的调查发现 ,河南省城、乡中、小学体育教师在性别比例、年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次、科研能力、师生比例等方面都有较大差距 ,并分析存在的原因 ,提出了改进的建议。
By investigating the ninety-two middle schools and primary schools from five cities,ten countyside and twenty townships of Henan province.We found there were obviously difference in PE teachers' sex proportion,age structure,the structure of the title of a technical or professional post,educational background levels,scientific research capability,the proportion of PE teachers and students and other respects between town and countryside schools,and accord to the existing reasons to give some suggestions.
