摘要
采用文献资料法、实地考察法对《新课标》实施以来农村中小学体育场地、器材、体育课开课率、体育师资、课外活动、体育经费投入及体育信息资源等状况进行分析研究.结果发现:在国家推行新的《体育与健康课程标准》的大背景下,我国农村学校体育的发展与理想中的"体育(与健康)课程"尚存在以下几个方面的问题:①农村中小学体育资源的匮乏在很大程度上阻碍了农村学校体育的正常开展;②新课标倡导的"自主、合作、探究"的学习方式与农村超大班级授课之间的矛盾;③农村学校"应试教育"与新课标"健康第一"理念之间的矛盾.
Applying documentary method and on-the-spot investigation to study the status of sports field, facility, rate of setting PE class, quality of physical teacher, extracurricular activities, investment of PE funds and the information of middle and primary schools in rural areas since the implementation of new curriculum standard. The re- suits indicate that : in the backgrounds of promoting the new Curriculum Standard of Physical Education and Health by the country, the following differences between the physical education development in rural school and ideal of Physical Education (and Health) Curriculum are still existing. Firstly, the lack of PE resources in the primary school and middle school in rural areas obstructs the normal development of PE in rural schools largely. Secondly, there is the contradiction of study method of "independence, cooperation, exploration", promoted by the new curriculum standard, and the huge student number of one class in rural school. Thirdly, there exists the contradiction between the examination-oriented education and the thought of "health will be the first".
