摘要
该文运用文献资料法,从高校体育资源面向社会共享的重要性和目前存在的问题的角度进行分析,探究高校体育资源发展战略的思路和目标,以及在共享与开发利用过程中存在的问题,提出在资源最大限度利用下,从政府主导、国家体育发展战略、体育事业发展规律、细化政策、构建信息化平台5个方面进行优化,旨在为促进高校体育资源更好的利用和发展提供参考。
Using the method of literature,this paper analyzes the importance and existing problems of college sports resources facing social sharing,probes into the ideas and objectives of college sports resources development strategy,as well as the problems existing in the process of sharing,development and utilization,and puts forward that under the maximum utilization of resources,from the perspective of government leadership,national sports development strategy,sports development law refining policies and building an information platform are optimized in five aspects,in order to provide reference for promoting the better utilization and development of college sports resources.
