摘要
青少年是国家的未来和民族的希望,促进青少年健康是实施健康中国战略的重要举措。体教融合是体育回归教育本质,将体育与教育深度融合,实现立德树人、以体育人的育人观,解决青少年体质健康和后备人才培养的问题。在体教融合背景下,构建体育传统特色学校和青少年业余俱乐部联动机制,促进协同发展,实现1+1≥2的功效,进而推动体教融合的落实。研究表明:(1)体教融合是体育人才培养的时代必然,体育传统特色学校与青少年业余俱乐部联动机制是促进二者协同发展,推动体教融合的重要路径;(2)体育传统特色学校与俱乐部联动机制由联动机制的行为人、规则、得益方式和反馈系统构成,其功能包括激励功能、监督功能、利益双赢、保障功能;(3)体育传统特色学校体育教师和俱乐部教练员的联动、场地资源的联动和体育赛事的联动,多元化的师资培训、定期化的基本功大赛和常态化的观摩将有利于体教融合的落实,切实提升学生体质健康和体育后备人才的培养,推进体育强国和健康中国的实现。
Teenagers are the future of the country and the hope of the nation,and promoting their health is an important measure to implement the Healthy China strategy.The integration of PE and education is the return of physical education to the essence of education,the deeper integration of physical educa⁃tion and education,the realization of moral education,sports education concept,to solve the problem of young people's physical health and reserve personnel training.Under the background of sports and education integration,the linkage mechanism between traditional sports characteristic schools and youth ama⁃teur clubs is an important way to promote their collaborative development and sports education integration and achieve the effect of 1+1≥2.The linkage mech⁃anism between schools and clubs with traditional sports characteristics is composed of the actors,rules,profit means and feedback system of the linkage mechanism.Its functions include incentive function,supervision function,benefit win-win function and guarantee function.The traditional school PE teach⁃ers and the linkage of the club coaches,sites resource linkage and the linkage of the sports events,the diversification of teacher training,regular change of the basic skills competition and normalized view will be conducive to the implementation of the teaching body fusion,to promote students'physical health and the cultivation of reserve sports talents and promote the realization of China's sports power and health.
